Well i havn't a clue how to create a forum so someone else would have to make it i'm afraid i would make it if i knew how but considering how bad i am with comps it would prob take me months to learn

as for the admin we could have a vote to decide who is admin that would be more fair ^^

We could have a section of the forum for people to post there own Jrock/jpop fan fics and fan art/manga

And the running fanfic like here where one person starts and everybody joins in

the forum i made was with invisionfree, so that i can work with anyway. i dont think any of the forum-making sites is too difficult, though.
