Hi,

I just got the following from a translation agency. Can anyone tell if it's written by a native Japanese? Or if it's good enough? Any help would be very much appreciated. Many thanks.

That's quite well-written, but would not be written by a native Japanese speaker. Some parts, e.g., たった, おそらく, によって sound unnatural to me. I would never use 人間の目には十二分です for a business document.

@ Toritoribe

Thanks Toritoribe. The agency promised me to use a native Japanese translator. When you said "unnatural", would a Japanese find it difficult to read or understand?

No. I can completely understand what it says. That's just unnatural, so it also can be considered that it's written by a native who isn't familiar with business documents. (If my subordinates submit it to me, I would refuse to receive it, though.)
