Like PaulTB said, it's a dictionary question, and it's also a kanji question. The word is written ﾂ人ﾅｽa窶堙ｨ in the anime, but it means the same thing as ﾂ人ﾂ静倪?堙ｨ. The main thing is that it's ﾂ人 and not ﾋ?ｪ.
