I'm looking for someone who can skype with me?

Hi,I'm a graduate student living in Japan and I'm looking for someone who can talk with me using skype like once or twice a week.
The reason I'm doing this is that I'm having a presentation in English at school soon and I want to improve my English skills without spending any money by going to English schools.
I would be happy if you want to learn Japanese so I can teach you as a return.
