I might be your closest neighbour because I'm staying in Niihama-shi at the moment:)
Konbanwa Anchan! Yes, we're very close.
My relatives live in Matsuyama, of course I've been to Niihama. It's a halfway between Takamatsu and Matsuyama. :-)
We really have many chances to meet, I hope so.
Maybe nice gaijin meet together then ... 🙂

Welcome to the forums, hanachan! It's nice to have new people here :3 Expecially from Japan! Most of the people here are from other countries, and they're interested in Japan... Like me :3 hehe...

よろしくお願いします

またね

Hajimemashite Tomii515,

Hi, Hanachan,
"Nice gaijin meeting" sounds really great:) It'd be really nice if we could meet while I'm still in Japan:)
Yoroshiku!!!

Hi Anchan,
Spring has come, totally it was warm winter this year.
Yesterday we visited our family grave.
It was the day of the middle in the week called "Higan". "Higan" means "The land across the bank, where the spirits of the dead stay". Buddhist service are performed and many people visit their ancestors' tomb and clean them.
We have a special food(sweets) on this week, "Botamochi", rice dumpling with sweet red-bean jam.
dewa mata...:-)

Hi Hanachan,
weather is really lovely this year. I wish I had more time to enjoy it....:( this week it's kaisha-no nomikai bakkari...:(

Hahahahha, Anchan, good for you!(perhaps)

March-April has a lot of Nomikai as well as the late December, I suppose it's Japanese custom to have a party at the end of year or fiscal year. :)
Take care!

I wish I could join your party in Shikoku , but it's kinda too far away now...
:(

Thanks!
The thing about life is it has up and downs. So when life hits you with a down get up and come out swingin'.
in Japan we say like this: "nana korobi, ya oki"
it means "If downed seven times, Get up eight times".:-)
