How to read "あの人" ? Isn't it "a-no-hi-to"?

Can anybody tell me how to read "あの人" ? Isn't it "a-no-hi-to"? But nearly all Japanese and google translate read it as "a-nosh-to" Why? Please explain in detail!
 
You already asked this in another thread and got an answer.

The problem is your ears, not the way people pronounce it.
