Poor Bill is no longer #1. #4 as of today.
The easiest way to get an audience with him is to be one of the other top 100 or even 1000 richest people in the world.
Otherwise your best bet is to go to places where he goes. Seminars, speeches, neighborhood restaurants, etc.
It's probably safe to say none of us will ever meet him.
