hehe.. well i don't want to turn this into a thread about alcohol, but i'll just say that it's strange to have a time when it is suddenly ok for people to do things, whether that time be at one's 18th or 21st birthday or whenever!

it is hard, though, to regulate things if the law is "when they are mature enough" because for some it will be very young and for others it will be never! anyhoo...

I finally turned 17 back on December 9. Of course, I don't feel a day older, nor have gotten use to the fact that this year is 2004 and not '03.
