Hi, Glad to join this site, and I started a japanese study group

Hi, I'm Jim. I live in the United States, I'm 22. Learning Japanese, I've been studying for effectively a month though i started Dec. 2010.

Currently out of college looking to go back. I plan on going to visit japan in a year or two, maybe with my friends if they decide to go with me. I would like to stay for at least a year.

I love to watch anime, You can call me an otaku but I'm sure I'm pretty mild. Watching anime has help me a bit to learn some words and pronunciation.

I would love to talk to people more, and have started a study group on skype, (skype username jimb20) Currently theirs only 2 of us but we would love to have more people join us. Yesterday we went over greetings, and our next lesson is "Dialogue". We are following the book Genki 1.

What forum board would be good for posting about the study group?
