Hi everyone! Im a newbie here and is interested to talk about many people living in the other side of the country. Im from the Philippines and a bit curious about what it feels like to live in other country and since i cant go to other couytries yet even near by countries, atleast i can use this kind of forum sites to somehow have a bit of idea with what im interested with.

I am a Korean english Teascher here in the Philippines and i like to study different cultures. 👍

I hope to have fun here. Thanks a lot! 👍

welcome here in JREF and have a fun

and I hope to be this site useful to you ....

Nice intro, talinflores! I'm in America. I wouldn't mind sharing what it feels like to me to live here; just let me know the specifics of what you're curious about, and I'll try to answer.

I've never visited other countries either; I once wanted to visit New Zealand (really badly), but really had to reason to go after all, so that dream faded. Now the only country I'd like to visit is Japan. At least once. I hope that I'll meet enough folks (Japanese or not) who are from Japan that, if/when I finally do visit, I can meet in person!

Anyhow, good t'meet ya. *^_^*

Welcome talineflores, well I can pretty much summerize the Netherlands in 3 words; small, wet and flat. I'm sure you know the typical stereotypes about us, tullips, wind-mills, clogs, red light distric and weed :P although the last ones are under constant attack of conservative (mostly christian) parties... so far for being a liberal tolerating country hehe

hey there :-) I've been living in the US for 7.5 years now, before I lived in Russia, and I spent 1/2 hour in Sweden, but I can only describe the airport. It was... airporty. (i was a kid, so don't remember much) Russia is very cold in the winter... and USA is full of SUV's. I hope to go to Japan someday too... it is my ambition to become a visual kei singer there :-) Anyway nice to meet you, and have fun here!
