Hello. So I wanted a bit of help with this sentence.

「先輩、すっごく格好いいよ!先輩の魅力だったら、どんな男でも放っておかないね!」

Context is a younger guy praising an older girl after she tried wearing a cute costume. I think he is saying no man would leave her alone since she is so attractive, but I'm not sure. In particular I don't understand this grammar, 放っておかない. Could I get some help please? Thanks!

放っておく means "leave alone" according to alc.co.jp.
So you're correct. It means no guy will leave her alone when exposed to her 魅力.

Can't leave alone could have two meanings in that sense. One being can't leave alone in the sense that you are going to flirt with them and then the other being a literal can't leave them by them self. Is there a possible double meaning like that in the Japanese too or is it one or the other?

It only means the first one; "All guys can't help trying to chat up you/her" or like that.
