~コーネリア軍情報基地 惑星フィチナ~ 宿敵 あらわる!!

These are the quotes I'm stuck on:

Wolf: キツネごときが 調子にのるなよ!

Wolf: どうした もう終りか!?

Leon: こざかしいトリめ 私の前にひざまずけ!

Pigma: わてを撃ち落とそうなんて 甘い奴やのう!

Pigma: ペッピー 昔の仲間のよしみで楽にしたろ!

Andrew: カエルは泳いでいればいいんだ!

Pigma: 残念やったなぁ! スターフォックス (I was told Pigma has an accent here)

I want to know how these should go in English when not done with Nintendo of America's way to translate. I've been thinking of doing a showing of the Star Wolf team's quotes in Japanese.

Wolf: キツネごときが 調子にのるなよ! (As if a kid like you could match me!)

Wolf: どうした もう終りか!? (What, done already?)

Leon: こざかしいトリめ 私の前にひざまずけ!(Insolent Chicken. Kneel before me!)

Andrew: カエルは泳いでいればいいんだ! (Go back to your home to take a swim!)

That's what I've got now. Does Pigma really have an accent? I didn't want to do him until I knew more about how he talked.

キツネ, トリ and カエル literally means fox, bird and frog, respectively, since these are thier appearances, as you must know.

ごとき is an insulting word. キツネごとき means something like "you, just a fox".
調子にのるなよ!
Don't get carried away!

What's wrong? Is that it?
(The speaker is underestimating the opponent just like "Is that really all you can do?")

What frogs should do is just to swim!

He uses Kansai dialect.

It totally depends on you. If you are eager to translate it, you should try it.

Pigma: わてを撃ち落とそうなんて 甘い奴やのう! (What, tryin' to shoot me down? Soft boy!)

Pigma: 残念やったなぁ! スターフォックス (Hooray! Yer a letdown! Star Fox.)

How's this?

Rikaichan had hooray as one of the words for やった. It's wrong?

やった only for Hooray, not 残念やった, totally doesn't make sense. So in this situation it has to be a Kansai dialect :)

Pigma: わてを撃ち落とそうなんて 甘い奴やのう! (Tryin' to shoot me down? Soft boy!)

Pigma: 残念やったなぁ! スターフォックス (You were a letdown! Star Fox.)

Is this better?

The subject who feels 残念 is the opponent, not Pigma. He said "you must be disappointed" (i.e., "I'm sorry" in a sarcastic way).

Pigma: 残念やったなぁ! スターフォックス (Well ain't that a letdown! Star Fox.)

How about this?

The sentence doesn't have "well". If it's the translation of なぁ, this is a sentence final particle, not an interjection. The reason the subject of 残念やった is "you" is from this なぁ. (Thus, the subject is "I" if なぁ isn't there.) I would translate it "Hard Luck! Star fox".

Wolf: 残念だったな! スターフォックス (Sorry for your letdown down! Star Fox.)

Andrew: ざまあみろ! スターフォックス (It serves you right! Star Fox.)

The other SW winning quotes at Fichina besides Leon's. And his is the same as Wolf's from what I can tell.

How are they?

Japanese is a context-driven language. Those translations are correct if it's appropriate in the context.
BTW, I have never seen any "thanks" in this thread.
