Help translating guitar lable

Hi. Would appreciate if someone could help translate this old guitar label. Thanks.

Big characters in the middle: kisaragi/きさらぎ/如月. Which is for 'second month'/February.

That's a a really strange name for a guitar maker (or person), one I've never heard before.

On the right the third and fourth characters are: tetsukuri/手作, or 'handmade'--BUT, note that any guitar builder that hand builds guitars will just put their name on the label, and they would never add that, since it would be cheap/crass to do so. Which means this is not really a handmade guitar.

The manufacturer is K. Yairi Gakki (Yairi Instruments). The left side says "Made by Yairi Kazuo". Right side says 極上手作 (Finest handmade item).
It's more or less typical of vintage guitar labels. You can find similar items on Japanese auction sites.

I saw a Gibson L6 for a bit over 1 million yen. I think the ad was wrong. Should be an LS6 . Anyway I always thought they sounded better then the Standard Studio Les Paul, which I currently own. Interesting link.
I'm actually trying to sell my gear at the moment.
