Hi I am new here and I am learning Japanese. I have a sentence in Japanese which I need me to fill in a particle.
公園は しずか( ) とおもいます。
Is な the answer since しずか is a なadjective?

Think what you would put there if とおもいます wasn't in the sentence (Just 公園は しずか()。 ).

しずかな is attributive, not predicative, and しずか is not modifying anything there.
You need to pay attention that polite forms are not used in indirect quotations.
