Help find my Japanese Father!

Hello good day . Can I ask if someone help me to find my father. Because since birth I didn't saw him my mother told me when I was born in Sept. 9,1992 my father go back to Japan in 3days but the date he go back to China until now we don't have contact for him . I have picture of my father and marriage contract of them with my mother. I hope anyone can help me because life here in Philippines is so hard . I work hard but it's not worth it thank you I ll wait for anyone can reply me thank you godbless

If your username is your dad's full name, it might be hard to track him down.
