I've been lurking the website for a while, and finally decided to create an account!
I'm takneo, I'm 23 and I'm currently going through the second screening of the Embassy Recommended MONBUKAGAKUSHO Scholarship process, hoping I can achieve my dream of studying in Japan. I've already recieved a Letter of Acceptance as Research student at the University of Tokyo, so I'm optimistic about getting the scholarship

It'd be nice to meet some people around here to learn more about Japan and just have a good time.
