Before you go and post my picture on milk bottles 'n' stuff, here's the reason for my sudden absence:
After waiting for it for an eternity, I finally got the OK that I could get Dsl!
The problem is, I'm living in some backwater suburb of a bigger town
However, when they upgraded me from Isdn to Dsl on Wednesday, they also disabled my old Isdn internet account. Normally, this would've been perfectly fine, but I didn't have my Dsl equipment yet
I only got it yesterday (Friday), but after installing everything and installing all drivers, It didn't work yet
So I called the support, who tried its best, but since it was already late (10 pm), there wasn't much they could do about it, so they tried it again today morning. After working on it until shortly ago, they finally got everything fixed and phoned me to tell me about it. So I tried it out, and indeed - everything is working fine now!
