Good sites to learn Japanese

Get some books, enroll in lessons. You'll learn alot more, be more natural and have a better understanding.

Then once you do that there is some good sites with support material out there.

I'd suggets you to take lessons, too. But since you asked for some sites, here are a couple I think are good:

Japanese Grammar Lessons | Learn Japanese Online - Free Lessons + Makoto+ Membership (though I think that for this site you'd have to have some basic comprehension of the Japanese language)

and a dictionary

A book called "Japanese for Busy People" is pretty okay, I guess. One Japanese teacher recommended it to me.

Take a course with Nanasawa-sensei.

I learned most of my Japanese from him, he's a good teacher. Doesn't cost much either.

japanese-online.com is the best I've come across with, but you should take lessons to, but for starter, its good, it got lessons and in spoken word. so its handy so u can hear what you're trying to say hehe =)

Yeah I have been going through one or two website links that you guys provided some of them are very interesting, because I've seen them before on boards *shrugs*

but hopefully this will keep me track on trying to learn japanese.
