Ever used a interperter when u went the hospital? Probably not

Unlikely unless you have a little spare change - unfortunately for those of us who are living in Japan and paying into the insurance system here when we go to the hospital we have to pay out of our own pockets - Tourists who come over with foriegn insurance can use their insurance to pay.

Just wanting to what everyone thinks about this -
