Hello,
So I only got as far as learning Hiragana so this way out of my league... My screen name is Ink Fox in most places so I was wondering if someone could translate that into Japanese for me? Or rather is "インクのきつね" acceptable and/or correct? I was wondering if I could actually use kanji or not for it. Is the kanji for Ink "墨"? If so am I able to write Ink Fox as "墨の狐"?

Ahaha I have no real idea what I'm doing so if someone could help, I'd love that.

I would use インクフォックス or インク狐[ぎつね].

Oh I see. Is it okay to to put two words together with no particle? What about the word Ink? Why not put it in Kanji as well? Why a whole katakana option?
:emoji_bow: I like to ask a lot of questions.

In this case, yes. インクのきつね is also correct, of course.

墨 and インク are different. The former refers to black ink used for calligraphy/brush writing, whereas the latter is for fountain pens or ballpoint pens.

Why a whole katakana option?
フォックス is a common loan word.
