The 1st one is better, but you could say "Do you know where I could find a good resturant?" or "Do you know of any good resturants?

This is incorrect. The question here is "do you know", the next part needs to be in answer form, currently it's in question form. Should be "do you know where a good restaurant is?"

Both are perfectly fine.

I personally think number 2 would be a bit more common and natural, but it would be very possible to hear either one.

Yes, either one could be used, but I agree with DoctorP that "Do you know where I could find a good restaurant?" sounds more smooth somehow. Other variations: "Do you know where I could find any good restaurants?" "Are there any good restaurants around here?" "Is there a good restaurant close by?" "Could you tell me where I'd find a good restaurant?"

To me both sayings seem perfectly fine.

Another thing that could be added if you dont exactly know where a restaurant is :- 'Can you give me directions as to where this restaurant is'.
