You can use Amazon... it's a bit pricey but they'll reserve you a copy if you order now. The only advantage is the shipping is free. The album itself will cost you 50 buck though.

CDJapan is good for fast service, as well as Amazon. CDJ shipping will cost you at LEAST $17 though. I think you can get some super cheap rate from Amazon but it'll take a couple of weeks. You can also try YesAsia, since they're located in the US and they give free shipping on orders over $40. In my experience it takes about 5-6 days for something from YA to get to me, and they're pretty close. So if you're on the East coast expect a little longer of a wait. YA also marks up the prices about $2-3, while Amazon and CDJ are bare yen conversion.
