Hey guys! First time on the thread here but i AM slowly becoming an even bigger fan of theirs since its only recently that i have like, REALLY gotten into them... (and i already have a live dvd of theirs xD yes, when i like something i obsess easily ^_^")

but my main reason for being here is because i need some heeeelp! I'd like to ask you guys if you could possibly send me like clips and pictures ect of Diru of:
A) in like totally visual, scary, grotesque, shocking images, and
B) in very cute, adorable, backstage/everyday life images!
i want to put a kind of presentation together featuring the band but, since i haven't been a fan for too long, and don't know all the vids and pics out there, so i decided "why not ask the experts?"
so... I'll be very greatfull if you guys could help me in this!

I think I must be more of a super-sensitive person than I've realized... but... I had bad dreams last night after watching just one song (concert video) of Dir en Grey.

It's the music (not so much the singing, or even the lyrics) that gets to me... before Kyo even comes out and begins... the music itself really effects me in a bad way. Though thousands of fans were there enjoying the show, I sat still and quiet, in awe of how it was affecting me inside..

It's not a post to put the band down, but an observation of myself; my own experience that I wanted to share; I hope the fans don't mind..

I also need some help please. I love Vulgar, it's my favourite album of theirs so far. I would like to own more Dir en Grey of that sound, can you guys tell me the albums that are more heavier? I have Withering to death & Kisou aswell. I'm just not a big fan of the remix stuff they do.

@Blue_eyes: You can try The Marrow Of A Bone or Uroboros. They are quite heavy.

Im very happy with the latest album Uroboros, i think it is their best album in a long time after Kisou. My favourite is still Kisou.

Also, im very glad that they made the cover of a UK magazine! and had a chance to tour with Kerrang! :O This is amazing It would be better if the cover were a group shot, but it is better than nothing, right? They can gain more fans

I also recommend Uroboros and Withering to death, but my faves i think were kisou and gauze... I actually didn't dislike MOAB that much, there were a couple of really really good songs on there

@BluE eyes: hmm BTW...I'd recommend all other albums...and also Vulgar is quite heavy...or at least different from their previous releases...but for me personally, each album has something outstanding so you should check out each and maybe you'll find all interesting ...but yeah the heaviest are MOAB and Uroboros I think...

so, how did everyone get to like Diru?? for me it was a double whammy of Akuro no Oka and Mushi... Kyo looks so beautiful when he is crying...

well...I discovered Diru only recently...and I think it was because I found some awesome Toshiya pics in his VK era...I like their VK stuff as well as the heavier, but I miss their VK outfits..I know, I know, they changed like everyone else, but I miss Toshiya´s beautiful legs!
ANd I basically don´t like guys with hair on their face

lulz i agree... its quite unattractive. (although on Kyo it strangely works, but im only making an exclusion for him cuz i luv him) i like my guys a lil bit feminine... ok a lot feminine...
