Diru facts:
1.When Shinya first saw kyo at a concert of Shinya's band he was surprised that young children were there
2.Shinya's mom helped him practise with his first make-up, but his parents are also very strict
3.Conversation between Toshiya and shinya only really started at first, when Shinya found out Toshiya had just gotten his driver's lisence. Shinya was just getting his and asking questions
4.Kyo is very stubborn. When he fought with his grandfather as a kid he said he would leave the house, but was told to leave the clothes because he had not bought them, then. kyo stood outside right before snowfall, naked [awesome], for three hours until his parents came and apologized.
5.Toshiya once got hit so badly by his father, that he could not get up afterwards and went to hospital the next day. Poor Totchi.
6.Die used to steal 100 Yen coins from a jar his parents kept. Now he feels really bad about having done that. Shinya did the same, but he got caught in the end.
7.Shinya first dyed his hair when he graduated and was finally allowed to. kyo did it. (^_^)
8.Kaoru said that when he helps design Dir en grey's costumes, he tries to make them as complex and detailed as possible so cosplayers will have a hard time making the outfits. He said that so far, no one has made a perfect Dir en grey outfit.
9.Deg were on their best behavior during lives in Osaka because their family usually watched???? That means no fanservice.
10.Die almost crashed the van that DEG were in. They were coming home from a live and Die was getting sleepy and he didn't notice that there was a truck heading for them, but since Kaoru was on the passenger seat, he went "UWAAAAAAAAAAAH" and got Die's attention and managed to avoid the accident.
11.While shooting Mitsu to Tsuba in the warehouse, the members tried avoiding the dirty water puddles but unfortunately Toshiya deliberately threw rocks at the puddles trying to make it splash onto the other band members
12.Kaoru always has his hide plushie with him during lives
13.Toshiya likes to thrash hotel rooms and DeG has been banned from several hotels in Japan
14.Toshiya isn't the ONLY anime otaku in Dir en Grey. If asked what he needs more of in his life, Kaoru usually answers, "Gundam!"
15.Die and Kaoru both helped to cut Shinya's hair(sorta), right after they finished the PV for "Yokan".
16.Kyo flunked highschool by turning in a blank exam paper. He did this so he could concentrate on being a musician.
17. Toshiya Tried to kiss Shinya....
18.NEVER SAY KAWAII IN FRONT OF KYO! He hates that word
19.Shinya is the only member that doesn't smoke, and he often complains about them smoking.
20.Dir en grey was afraid of Kaoru when they first met him!
don't get me wrong, i have nothing against the style that he has taken on, i just like the songs where he actually sings, and shows his true talent, better than songs like "CLEVER SLEAZOID" and "Aggitated Screams of Maggots"..... which, did anyone else get that "THE DEEPER VILENESS" sounds a lot like ASoM? almost like it could be a sequal to it, or even like they had been one big song and they just decided to split it up..... ☝ then again, maybe it's just me....
