but but.....pink+black is my favorite color........and question.......kaoru orginally died his hair pink in memory of hide......kaorus hair hasnt been pinkf or a while.....?? :\
 
Anyways, if Diru tours with korn and their merchandise is sold at hot topic, do you think they'll be a big band over here in the US or do you think it'll be a fad like mostly everything else is.

i dont believe they will be a big band.......nothing against americans....not all....but a large population is very um.....ignorant and close minded to a lot of other cultures and music.....most people i encountered r like......"ur not japanese y do u listen to japanese music?" "do u understand what they say?" "y would i listen to it if i dont understand it" some r too ignorant to the fact that its music.....its understood by listening and being open minded and if ur intrested u look into it more.....reguardless of the language feelings emotions and thoughts r put forward in vocals and music....its understood in manyways even if its not ur native language...some dont understand that....


i think the stuff at hot topic might be a fad to an extent.....from the younger crowd i think.....

Can't agree with you more.. So many people at work are like.. OH GOD THAT STUFF HORRIBLE.. And when I ask them why they don't like it, it's because they said they don't understand any of the words...
 
yeah......i think people r ignorant and close minded to the fact is due to fear......just because they DONT understand what they r saying......
 
I do not think its going to work out at all. The reason why Rammstein is big and broke the language barrier is because people kinda find the whole Nazi thing rather cool so they associate anything german with Nazism. Anime is not cool to the massess and people associate DEG to anime because they are Japanese.

Anyways, the bias look upon japanese music has to stop. I mean, most of the time, when I say I like japanese music, people automaticly think I am some otaku asian wannabe. THAT PISSES ME OFF TO NO EXTENT! They also say;''well, that music CANT be good, because it's japanese.'' Then I say;'' What is good to you then? Fall Out Gay Boy?'' I hope that changes, but then I kinda don't..could you imagine the fan base?

Champloo, I think that's dumb that people think that just because someone listens to Japanese music they're 'otaku' or 'wannabe'. Also, since they're so close-minded, wouldn't they also consider themselves otaku for knowing the word otaku? XP Yeah, just because I listen to Irish music means I'm SUCH an Irish wannabe, yep, that's me. *sarcasm*:eek: I don't really worry though if people know the kinds of music I listen to, no one has ever said anything bad to my face, I don't know if they say bad things behind my back. I guess I don't even care if they know what I like. Damnit, if I like it, I like it, and that's that!
 
I've known about the theme song thing since november or december of last year when they first started talking about it. From what I know this is Dir en grey's first time ever having a song being a theme song for an anime.

I love her comics, they are so cute and funny, my favorites are the clever sleazoid and the one when they put Kaoru in the rollercoaster.
 
I like Kaoru's widdle beard thingamabob and whouldnt Shinya have been the one saying "does it have men shorts it".

I wish I could makes comics but sadly art is my worse enemy.
