BOY PLEASE *does a 3 finger snap in a Z formation*

Kyo is damn sexy ... I actually know what you mean, though. I don't find him attractive in any conventional sense, but man oh man, watch that man perform live ... the little licks he does with his tongue, the cute little hip moving dance thingy he does every so often, the on-stage self-molestation, paired with those abs...
mm mmm mmmmmmmmmm

Hahaha, *wonders why I'm still responding to things in this thread and moves along to the Dir en grey thread*

Kyo isn't attractive in the conventional way. To quote Tyra Banks Kyo is "so wrong that he's right"

I got a myspace bulletin from Dir en greys official myspace page.

did anyone catch the date for the toronto concert while it was up on the family values website for that little while? i missed it, and would luv anyone who knew!! lol
and on the whole deg going mainstream, i wouldn't mind at all. i think itd be awsome, much easier to get a hold of their stuff! i wouldn't have to take a 3hour bus ride!! lol, but i know some of my friends would be pissed off, one or two to the point of not listning to them anymore. i think that if deg were to go mainstream in NA, theyd lose some of their original fanbase, but gain more from a diff. source. plus, itd be so HARD for them to go mainstream. so many people dont like it cause its not in eng., they wont give it a chance. i dont think that they will go mainstream ... no one has *that i know of*

i think so too.....i have a few friends that like disowned deg so to speak because of them going mainstream and stuff like the hot topic issue...i dont believe that this would slow deg down 1 bit because even if deg lost some of their orginal fanbase...they still gain new.....like when how deg supposedly changed their music and lost fans...they still got new ones and r still really successful....i dont believe that deg will make it mainstream though just because its not english....but i dont think it would stop deg from trying?

ryoko: u r my new hero!!!!!!! lol

haha, i dont think deg will give up for much, itll take a lot to make them give up, i always got the impression that theyr stubborn n wanna do well! lol, i just have a hard time seeing them on much music of something, although if they did come to much ... itd be awsome! lol

i never actually attended a concert like this before.......if u go to the venues websites (google the name of the venue) sometimes they have seating charts and pictures of the stage from each section....lawn seats r the FARTHEST from the stage.....at the very very vevy back of the venue behind the last row of seatings....

haha riyko.....when i saw deg the first time......it really didnt kick in untill like 2-3 hours before we were gonna be let in.....haha then it faded....and i fell asleep standing up on a friends shoulder waiting for all the people to fill the venue T_T and it kicked in again AFTER i left the venue hahahaha

do u guys they will ever make a dvd of the showcase tour? :(

When I went to the NY concert their were two parts when I realized OMG this is really happening. One was when we were walking to the Avalon and we could hear Diru's soundcheck from way down the street, Like 4 blocks down. The second was when we went into the club and I saw the Tapestry at the back of the stage that said Dir en grey. But even then It really wasn't until GDS came on that I really really really knew that it was happening.

And My tickets go on sale tommorow. I am trying to decide if I want to go for the pit or not. The pit is really fun, but the Korn/Deftone crowds like to Mosh. And while I don't mind it, I do it occasionally myself. When Dir en grey is on stage all I want to focus on is them, not moshing or protecting myself from some Idiot Mosher.

They will mosh to Diru more than likely, though a lot will be hearing it for the first time so it may not be as "intense" as when the other bands are on stage. None-the-less, I am going to try to get pit tickets as well. I just need to make sure I wear a "sturdy" shirt this time so it is not ripped to pieces like at the NY show.

Ahh, sunsweet, did your shirt really get ripped to pieces?!
I'm sorryy, that sucks :(
The one thing I hate about mosh pits in the summer is that it is sooo hott, at outside venues and just in general. And the Camden NJ one is outside, right?
Blah, if it is outside, I am going to get SO sunburned. I am like, the palest person on earth 😌

Haha yea Sunsweet almost had a Wardrobe Malfunction ala Janet Jackson. And that was a cute top too. Did you get it fixed? True the moshing won't be as intense during Diru. I think I will go for the pit tickets as well. Also does anyone know who the other 5 bands on the 2nd stage will be? I know one is going to be the required hip hop group that FVT always seems to have.

Edit:
And Boobiebut they will Mosh to Dir en grey, you had people who wanted to start a moshpit at the NY and LA concerts. And its not that I hate it, but I don't want to mosh while Diru is on I just want to stare at the stage occasionally wiping drool from the corner of my mouth .

Anyways, Anyone here buy the US version of Withering to Death just for the hell of it?

Absolutely. The day it came out I went to the mall and the local *gasp* hot topic and got it ... along with some pretty cute shoes if I do say so myself. I have yet to open it, I mean, 'cause I've had WTD for like over a year now, but I had to buy it and support the guys.

Hmm tickets for my area isnt for sale yet. Gives me time to beg. I have a question where should I be seated to be close to Die?

http://www.soundadviceamp.com/seatingchart.html

At the L.A show I didnt get to see to much of Die since he was in his own dark little corner. I tried squinting to see if I could catch a glimpse but it was dark so I just stared at Kyo and every once and a while I would look over to Kaoru and Toshiya.

@Rikyo I too bought WTD even though I have it, I will support them as much as I can. Plus I got it for only $10 at FYE.

No there is no Difference, but you should get it just to support their venture into the U.S.

i will i will....i was just wondering.....i do wanna support deg....hell im going to multiple fvt's just to see them X_X but ill buy wtd after i finish affording all the concerts this summer.......i promise T_T

if I support DEG anymore I will be poor

Total DEG costs:
Concert tix $20-30 (don't remember the exact cost)
Replacement ticket $20-30 (I left my ticket in the damn taxi)
