Difference between “Mieru (見える)” , “Mirareru (見られる) and “Mireru (見れる), Grammar N4-12

In this video, we'll learn the difference between Mieru (見える), Mirareru (見られる) and Mireru (見れる):

• Mieru 見える (PERCEPTION VERB) means that something can be seen, regardless of whether you intend to see it or not.
• On the other hand, Mirareru 見られる (POTENTIAL VERB) is used when you actively take action to see something, meaning TO BE ABLE TO SEE or WATCH (with intention).
• Mireru 見れる is the same as Mirareru 見られる but without the letter RA ら. Check out some examples in this video.
