Since the comics are in Japanese and English I was curious about your daughter's language skills in English. Does she have additional lessons she does to learn English? I'm going to assume from what I know that you talk to her in English at times and in Japanese other times.
I've been away! I spent a few weeks in Vancouver, throwing off my schedule. I had a pretty terrible time there, and I'm getting the feeling that Western society might be pretty much fundamentally broken. The rich white people in Vancouver live in a white bubble, the poor white people hang out in the city strung out on heroin, there's garbage everywhere because nobody gives a **** about the place they live, and yet I still think Canada is infinitely better than the shitshow to the south. I am honestly considering applying for Japanese nationality, so depressed and disappointed was I by this trip. 2017 will be one of those foundational years of my life. Anyway, comics....
