Best Japanese-Japanese dictionary

What's the best J-J dictionary?

Criteria:
1. Must have example usage for most if not all entries.
2. Must be good enough for at least the next 10 years.
3. Will preferably indicate pronunciation via furigana.

The most well-known one would be 広辞苑, but I recommend 三省堂 新明解国語辞典 for non-native learners. This dictionary has very detailed grammar explanation. Although this is basically for advanced learners and therefore there is no furigana in it. See the example page linked below.
