Answer to past-year MEXT English Exams (Postgrad)

Are there any official answers to the past-year English papers floating around out there? I looked on the Studyinjapan website and although they post a set of answers, they're all for the Japanese exam.

I think it is on the 2nd page of the PDF (before the answer sheet for Japanese language).
