I am notorious for finding obscure songs but when they come in foreign languages (foreign to me anyway) I have to ask people. Jref has been a great resource in the past for this and I've come to employ it's services once more. I'm guessing the song is in japanese as it was filmed in japan by japanese skateboarders.

Six or seven years ago I actually was able to contact the filmer, who promised to ask the skateboarder what the song was. Unfortunately due to what I'm guessing was a combination of language barrier and busy schedule we never spoke again.
