Hi all,
in China, it is tradition to get a name in the language that you
are learning, because of this, I have a Chinese name. I was
wondering if Japan had the same tradition?
Secondly, I was wondering if there were any Japanese names
which are like my name. My name is Stephan Eli Ginther
I've looked up the meaning behind my name, and Stephan means
king, Eli means power/powerful and Ginther means war or warrior.
I guess my name means 'king power warrior' which is Kind of a crude, but I didn't choose it and my dad didn't know
the meaning when he gave it to me.
