These sentences are kind of vague , so its difficult for me to understand. Hope someone could help and correct my understanding if you see mistakes o/
(my guess: "But, well maybe you're right--. I also get the feeling like your.... Feels like we can win but at the same time we can't
(my guess: "It/ Her華雄 risky plan ? made me feels a little bit irritating? worried?)

Context: 2 generals are standing on top of a castle's wall and discussing about their successful battle today, they held out against another enemy's siege (their enemy is the Alliance army)
Before this battle, another general with hot-temper 華雄 had proposed a risky plan. Instead of stay inside the castle to defend, they will go out and attack enemy first. If enemy launch an all out attack, they will retreat back inside the castle.

張遼「ねねも賛成しとったやん」( ねね is another name of the strategist 陳宮)

Original text:"けど、まあなー"
Standard text:"ですが、そうですね..."

But, well maybe you're right...

Original text:"勝てそうやけど微妙に勝てへん……"
Standard text:"勝てそうで、勝てない" or "実力が伯仲している"

The two sides(us and the enemy) are evenly matched in power, making it difficult to win.

Original text:"くらいなんもわかったしな"
Standard text:"新たに理解することが出来ました" or "新しい情報として得られるものがありました"

We were able to gain a new understanding(difficult to win).

Original text:"ちょっとモヤっとしますな"
Standard text:"すこし腑に落ちない" or "すこし納得しがたい"

It doesn't make sense(that 華雄's plan was correct).

"モヤっとする" has multiple meanings. "irritating" and "worried" is not mistake. But "I can't accept it" or "It doesn't make sense" are more better I think.

The first sentence, "けど、まあなー。勝てそうやけど微妙に勝てへん……くらいなんもわかったしな," suggests uncertainty, and a more natural translation could be: "Well, maybe we can win, but it's still a bit iffy... I kind of get what you're saying." The second sentence, "ちょっとモヤっとしますな," reflects a feeling of frustration or being unsettled, which could be translated as: "It's a bit frustrating" or "It's a little bothersome."

For me, 張遼's line 「けど、まあなー。 くらいなんもわかったしな」 isn't just about the literal "we almost won but didn't." It feels more like a moment of tired realism he's acknowledging the thin line between victory and survival. That "微妙に勝てへん" hits as a Kansai-flavored sigh: "Yeah, we can win... but not quite." It's not about tactics, it's about the vibe of barely hanging on, knowing luck played a bigger part than strategy. And 「ちょっとモヤっとしますな」 isn't irritation exactly it's that fuzzy discomfort of admitting the reckless guy was actually right. Like, "Ugh, can't deny it worked, but still kinda bugs me." It's a very human, understated kind of pride-swallowing.
