Hi,
1. 非常時における社員の心得をまとめておく。
I gather this is something about a time of emergency and collecting/summarising employees' knowledge, but I do not understand the overall purpose of the sentence (e.g. whether an instruction, a statement of the speaker's intention, a statement of the speaker's general practice, etc.) or the situation in which it is likely to be said. (It is an isolated example sentence.)
2. This is part of an explanation of the use of そこで:
「それで」と同じように理由を受ける。文の後には動作 や行動が来る。
a) What does 理由を受ける mean here?
b) Does 文 refer to the expression 「そこで」?
3. 初めに考えた方法ではうまく行かなかった。
My best guess is that this means "The first method that we considered did not work well."
a) What is the grammar connecting 考えた方 and 法?
b) What purpose does で serve? What difference would it make if で was deleted?
4. This is part of an explanation of ~かける.
(動作動詞の場合)その動作を始めて途中までする。
I am not certain how to parse the second part of this. Is the core of it その動作をする, with 始めて途中まで adverbial?
