I didn't check the rest of it....but I think these are the most natural ways to say you'll be there two weeks.I would say "二週間ほど東京に ite, sorekara 帰ります"
入る = to enter (hairu)

You're saying you're entering the United States now, Yes, 「今、 私はアメリカに住んでいます」 is good. But if you have never lived in a foreign country before, you should say only 「私はアメリカに住んでいます」.今私はアメリカに入ります
Yes, 「あと一週間で東京へ行きます」 is good.一週間に東京へ行きます
Yes, 「二週間ほど東京にいて、それから帰ります」or 「2週間東京に行って来る」 are good. And 「二週間ほど東京に滞在する予定です」 is good too!二週間ほど東京で入るって私は帰ります
１週間後には日本へ行きます。 should also work. ２９日３月～４日４月、私も日本に行く予定です。 もうすぐ日本ですね。楽しみだね。一週間に東京へ行きます
Yes, 「あと一週間で東京へ行きます」 is good.
I can never remember if ni or de is used to say "in X amount of Y" XY間に。。。

Yes, the sign of spring is in the air!! It's usually warm now (reaching 15 to 18 degrees C) but the weekend will be cold. It's the 三寒四温（さんかんしおん） season. (Three cold days, followed by 4 warm ones and spring arriving eventually.) Cherry blossoms reach full bloom roughly 7 days from the start of bloom （開花・かいか）. Inokashira Park is great because alcohol-drinking hanami is not allowed inside. Another nice place to see the flowers is Jindai Botanical Garden, which is very close to your place. It has a very big lawn where you can picnic (no alcohol allowed) and view the cherry trees. We used to picnic there when the kids were small. Enjoy your stay!
I'm really in a very busy part of the year and probably will be able to see only the cherry trees in my own neighborhood. (I'm usually busy when the weather is great

Sumida and Ueno must be popular for company parties....the ones where advance scouts are sent out to duke it out for the most coveted views. Around Inokashira apparently putting a blanket down and leaving it there counts as a reservation. There's no expectation of it being tampered with.
