Hi,
1. 私のアメリカのクラスはそんなに形式ばっていません。
Translation given: "My American classes are more informal."
What is ばって? Could it be from this:
ばる 《張る》 (suf,v5r) (uk) to be prominently ...; to be persistently
?
2. In 炭坑節, presumably 節 means "tune", does it?
3. 協力 日本舞踏家 石川流瀧田美成氏
This a caption for a video. I get:
協力 = with the cooperation of
日本舞踏家 = Japanese Dance Company (does 家 mean "Company", more or less?)
石川流瀧田美成氏 = I recognise 石川 as a name. Then I assume this might be followed by a first name, but I am basically lost about where the word divisions fall or what the rest of it means and whether it is all a name or names.
4. あのバーは彼が良く顔を出すお気に入りの場所である。
Translation given: "That bar is one of his favorite haunts."
Does 彼が良く顔を出す modify お気に入りの場所?
5. ちょっと敬語を着てみませんか
This is the title of a text that compares correct use of keigo with wearing appropriate clothes. I suppose that's where 着て comes in, but I don't quite get the sense of みませんか in this context. Is this addressed to the reader? Or somehow referring to the author?
