Also, all other expressions, such like いえいえ, こちらこそ, とんでもありません(more polite than とんでもないです, which you'd better not to use in very formal situations such like business scenes) or even ありがとうございます, can be used sarcastically. It totally depends on the context, e.g., the tone you say it.
