あの日は、ちょうど部活が終わって帰ろうとしたところでした。はい、夏休み中ですけど、部活があって。え、ちなみに？いや別にどこでもいいじゃないすか...... 将棋部ですけど。

Hi. What does the underlined part mean? "Anywhere is fine"? And why the clause ends with すか rather than ですか?

いや別にその部がどこでも（＝どの部でも）いいじゃないすか makes more sense?

すか is less polite/more friendly/casual than ですか.

どこでもいいじゃないですか means どこでもあなたには関係ないじゃないですか there.

It doesn't matter for you what club I belong to.
