Hi,
Translation given: "The party fought their way up."
My translation: "Can't you/they hurry up and install new ones [= new computers]?"
Is this correct?
My translation: "But recently, it seems to me, the chief clerk has been severe with Mr Honda, and I think ... ??? ..."
I assume かってる = かって + いる, but which かって is this?
My translation: "It's because he has (high) expectations; I guess (that's why) he gets so strict..."
Is the last part of this じゃないかな (wondering) + って (emphasis)?
5. The speaker is cursing the fact that the computer lost the thesis he spent hours typing.
Is this 悔しくって an emphatic version of 悔しくて (as opposed to being something to do with particle って)?
