Hi, quick question this time. Are all of these valid?

好きだからです。
好きですから。

おいしいからです。
おいしいですから。

人間だからです。
人間ですから。

And for any given pair where both are valid (if that is the case for any of them): would there be any particular reason to prefer one over the other?

お願いします。

Those are all valid, including the verb version, for instance 行くからです vs. 行きますから. However, the meanings are not the same. Both are valid as an answer to the question asking the reason, but only ~です/ますから is vaid when saying something (recommondation, explanation, counterargument, etc) with the reason.

Q: どうして毎日ラーメンを食べるのですか?
A: 好きですから。/好きだからです。

Q: A店とB店のどっちがいいですか?
A: A店のほうがいいですよ。おいしいですから。
(おいしいからです。 can't be used here.)

A: 早く行かないと遅刻しますよ。
B: 先に行っといてください。僕もすぐ行きますから。
(行くからです。 can't be used here.)

A: まだ宿題やってないの?
B: ちゃんとやりますから。
(やるからです can't be used here.)

As you can see, the last three examples are actually inversions (おいしいですから、A店のほうがいいですよ。, 僕もすぐ行きますから、先に行っといてください。). As for the last one, the main clause 怒らないでください, 心配しないでください or like that is omitted since it's obvious from the context.

あっ、なるほど。 It's a good thing I asked; I was definitely using that wrong yesterday when I did exercises in GENKI. ありがとうございました。

As for the last one, the main clause 怒らないでください, 心配しないでください or like that is omitted since it's obvious from the context.

It's obvious from the context provided that you were born and raised in Japan, or have in some other way become acclimated to the Japanese way of thinking and communicating.

Another way of interpretation for the last example is that から works as a sentence final particle to show the speaker's (strong) assertion or decision, but the logic behind it is the same. It's also originally from から for the reason/cause and the omission of the main clause anyway.
