In addition to what Zizka pointed out.
⑦ Some elderly or disabled people have difficulty moving from one place to another.
"or" sounds strange to me. I think it should be Some elderly and disabled people...

⑬ You can often find floor blocks with universal design on platforms or sidewalks.
"floor blocks" is an unusual term. Do you mean "floor tiles"?

Some disabled people find/have difficulty entering this building.
I would say
Some disabled people have difficulty entering this building.
and
Some disabled people find it difficult to enter this building.
but I wouldn't say
Some disabled people find difficulty entering this building.

Thank you for the help, Zizka and mdchachi.

Oh, really? I though it was a common term because it was used in the textbook. Would "floor tiles" be more commonly used?
I would say
Some disabled people have difficulty entering this building.
and
Some disabled people find it difficult to enter this building.
but I wouldn't say
Some disabled people find difficulty entering this building.
I see. I'll change the problem.

Thank you very much.

It depends on what you have in mind.
For indoors, I'd say "floor tiles" or "flooring."
For outdoors, such as sidewalks I'd say "bricks" or "pavers." Or possibly "concrete blocks" or "sidewalk blocks."
Anyway it's ok, you don't have to change. Somebody, somewhere must use that term.
