MEXT Scholarship through University Recommendation

Not very sure, my departure date is September 28. I think you should wait for the University to reply because it's a weekend right now, so maybe by this week you will receive your eticket.

The university had contacted me and informed me that the e-ticket will be sent by the travel agency not the university.
I hope the travel agency will send it to me this week. I have to appapply for the visa and am afraid that I will not be able to come to japan at the exact time.

Me too, but in my country, we don't need e-ticket to apply visa. I got visa already.

It seems a little bit late, but don't worry too much, everything will go well. You should prepare packing for your trip to Japan

I will tell you guys that the university has changed my trip itinerary because it was a 3 days trip and 3 airlines so i guess it was hard to manage a trip like this,but now i have only 2 trips and 1 airline. Despite that, i am still waiting for the confirmation of my e-ticket.(always hhh)
Keep calm and wait is my slogan with MEXT!!!!

Maybe that's the reason then. You will get your tickets soon. Plus its more convenient for you now.

Yeah I hope that! And I have a problem cause I have never used the e-ticket to travel anand in my flight information pdf I have a reference on the right side of it. Can you tell me where is it useful?

Reference id is used to login on the website to view detail and web-checkin in order to print your boarding pass.

you can try looking onto the airlines website with the help of the reference number and other general information about you.

I received an e-mail on 21/08 asking me to mention 2 dates of arrival then they informed me of the booking on 4/09 and e-mailed me the e-ticket yesterday.
I will be leaving on 29/09.

I confirmed my itinerary with the University on 1/9 and received my e-ticket on 6/9. I hope you received yours!

I heard that the documents we need to prepare for university recommendation program issued along December. Does anybody know an info about this?? I sure don't want to miss the application period.

You should contact Tsukuba University, because for University Recommendation programs, these are "soft" deadlines (meaning they are set by the university themselves so that they have enough time meet MEXT's deadlines for the university to recommend). So please call or contact Tsukuba University by yourself, for something this "important" you should not rely on an internet post.

I expect that the deadline will be soon because they office staff will need to check documents, to meet their proposed interview schedules.

Yes, maybe it is better if I wait a little longer. I am just worried that I miss the deadline so maybe that is why I become too hasty, because it looks like my professor is also not so familiar with MEXT scholarship using University Recommendation so he asked me to look some info.
