Anybody know "宮部Yuping" in "稲葉郡本田小学校プリンシパル" ?

Yuping is a Chinese (or could be Korean) name. Does he/she have kanji name? Also, isn't there any typo there, for instance 稲葉郡木田小学校 or 本巣郡本田小学校? And finally, what does プリンシパル mean in that context?

Toritoribe, you have a very good point. Actually, I know the name only in Chinese form as "宫部宇平", the school is "稻叶郡本田小学". The Japanease form is from Google translation, there might be typo.
He is a principal of a primary school named "稻叶郡本田小学", he should have a kanji name, which I don't know.

His name is 宮部宇平 Miyabe Uhei, if the kanji is correct, and "principal" is translated to 校長 in Japanese.

本田小学校 didn't exist in the former 岐阜県稲葉郡 Inaba District, Gifu Prefecture (the present 各務原市 Kakamigahara City and 岐阜市 Gifu City), but there is 木田小学校 in Gifu City.
本田小学校 was located in 本巣郡本田村 Honda Village, Motosu District (the present 瑞穂市 Mizuho City) in Gifu Prefecture, but 本田 is a very common name, so there are many Honda Primary School in Japan, if it's not only in Gifu Prefecture.
Is he a famous person? Why is he chosen?
