Hello!
I'd really love to get some help to translate my english sentence into kanji.
the sentence is "Dreams never die" and if i understand it correct it should be translated as "Dreams die never" i dont know for sure though.

Would appreciate any help i can get with this.

Sorry that i might sound like a total noob, but i am and have no further insight in the Japanese language other than being a anime fanatic since 1996. Basically all i can do i recognize words or sentences by sound.

In addition to kanji, Japanese uses two scripts, a bit like alphabets, called hiragana and katakana. Many small grammatical words, verb endings, etc., as well as miscellaneous other words, are written in hiragana and have no kanji equivalents. So, almost every grammatically complete sentence that you write in Japanese includes hiragana as well as kanji. (This does not necessarily apply to names, noun phrases, or abbreviated expressions where the little grammatical words are omitted.) Hopefully a fluent speaker will be back to translate your sentence nicely. I won't try as I'll probably make a mess of it!

I'd go with something like 夢は不死 or 夢は死を知らず if I wanted it for a tattoo, which I would bet money the OP does.

Thank you kind sir but you have just lost the money you bet 'cuz I'm going to paint it on the wall in my room. But yes i do want it to look "tattoo-ish", that is true.

Mike, I LOVE how you asserted that the wall painting is more important than a tattoo! I literally laughed-out-loud! Tattoos come and go, but wall paintings, THOSE are permanent - HA! I have, laughingly, considered a tattoo of はい、私はこの文の意味を知っている。just to be super ironic and sarcastic.

I'm not understanding your grammar in 夢は死を知らず - shouldn't it be 夢は死が知らずだ ? Well maybe that doesn't make sense, but I don't understand your use of the object particle.

I prefer 夢は死なない. Simple and strong.

夢は死を知らず literally means "Dreams don't know death". 知らず is a classical negative form of 知る.

I was wondering when you (Toritoribe) would chime-in - I sometimes forget that when I am typing you are most likely sleeping.

夢は死を知らず makes sense now, I was interpreting 知らず as a noun suffix meaning 'unaffected by'.

hmm okay.. is 夢一度も死 anywhere near "dreams never die"? and is it possible to write it downwards(?) dont know what its calld when its typed that way. Or is really hard and takes a lot of time to do?

No. 夢一度も死 doesn't make sense at all. Word-to-word translation doesn't work mostly.

死: death(noun)
死ぬ: to die(verb)
死なない: not to die(negative form of the verb)

All you do for vertical writing is just write the characters as you see them here, except vertically instead of horizontally. (There's an exception, but it doesn't apply to anything here).
