(1) I presume you mean this as a stand in for things like beikokujin, and eikokujin but really I think amerikajin and igirisujin are more common and others like furansujin don't have this form at all. chuukokujin/kankokujin would fit in there nicely, of course.

(2) This verb should take the particle ni, not de.

this is more like * is *. It works for the meaning, but if you want to be specific, a closer translation would be "kare no namae wa * desu," his name is *.

Kare wa * kara kimashita Kuru

get rid of the red part, since you already have a conjugation of kuru, "kimashita" (polite past tense). This sentence is like "he came from *," You could also say "he is American, British, etc" using the structure nekojita mentioned.

Kare wa * ni sundeimasu.
Kare wa omoroshiroi desu.
