There exist many, many, many clones of that video with alternate (incorrect) subtitles. It's been around for years. You could probably make one of him being banned from JREF if you really wanted to.

He's an actor. The real translation is him yelling about Unreal Tournament and telling people to die, I can assume that much from my limited German language ability. But he's really just faking it.

i read an article about this before, he was indeed faking it, as the video was meant as satire about claims that video games are responsible for violent teens.
