I had a sleeping problem about a year ago.
My doctor prescribed some drugs to "temporarily" overcome the problem.
It really helped me and it still does, but now after 1 year I realised it's impossible to sleep without it, with even agravated symptoms.
So, this is what I would call an addiction in it's very bed essence
Other than that I spend far too much time in front of my pc.
Though I'm not sure I can call it an addiction,
as soon as I get a good opportunity to do something else, like making a trip somewhere or go out with friends, I take it with both hands and I don't even think about that damn thing catching up dust.
Also I have a kind of timebomb inside me.
It slowly counts down the time with ever increasing pressure until buying flight tickets to Japan or anywhere is no longer an option.
Fortunatelly I usually find a way to dismantle it, though the procedure becomes more tricky every time
