I was hoping for a Japanese opening band lol.
But that was the band name Warcon put up.
It's definitely not set in stone. I wouldn't care much for the support band anyways since my mind would be too focus on Dir en grey. ^^ (unless the opening act was another JRock band that i'm in love with. Chances are slim.)

I was hoping for a japanese opening band too, it'd be cool to see a japanese band opening for Dir en grey then an american band, but waiting for Diru to come out always makes it worth waiting through the opening band XD.

It would be nice to have more japanese bands to perform with Diru in feburary so then people would have more of an idea of what japanese bands are actually like instead of hearing one song and assuming that's what all japanese music is like. I'm assuming that people will not be the only for Diru, but some people will only be there for the opening band as well.

Am I just really frikkin late in saying my opinion on Agitated Screams of Maggots?

Anyway... I like it a lot better than Clever Sleazoid... it's still a lot of screaming but somehow it seems stronger and more structured, and the guitars seem more interesting and kinda tighter somehow... I mean, they still shine through, they don't get lost in a mess... although it seems like they work closely together and it would be nice to hear some more separated out lines (not sure if that's the right phrase >_<). To be honest, it sounds pretty metal to me, and I rather like it that way. But also, another part of my honest opinion is that I still prefer most of the tracks off WtD to this one.

I haven't even listened to the live tracks. I am no big fan of live tracks, by anyone at any time to be honest. Live recordings totally -fail- to capture the live experience for me - one of the few cases when I'd rather watch a DVD, to at least attempt to get more senses into play... but that's another story.

lol No its not a stupid question at all. Rep is that little scale o' justice thing at the bottom of the section where your icon is. If someone has said something intelligent, handled something well, given help to others (like you did with me), does a favor for you or a group either by request or on a whim or been very nice you give them rep. This basically accumulates like karma points and tells other that the person they're dealing with is trustworthy and helpful. If you get enough of em you become like Kinsao and become one of the scary people who has power over us all.

Yeah, that's F***ing insane. On one hand I was like GO DIRU! And on the other . . . well I'm terrified to death.
Still thats pretty terrible. I was talking with three different people who were there clicking 30 minutes before and they were STILL beaten out. This is getting so scary! Who in the hell was the boob that only scheduled ONE concert in CA?

It only makes sense that they would play some if their new stuff but I can understand the possibility of playing the old. Still it makes me wonder . . . Diru's pretty smart. I can't see them seriously as artists playing last years stuff over again when they have the opportunity to promote their new release here in the states.

i think the word interesting sums them up! lol, parts of them i find funny, other parts kinda freaky ... the rape ur daughter on ur grave ... brings back not good memories from this book i had to read last year for class ....
they're neat though, itd be fun to actually take time and go through and figure out what hes saying ... to 'analyse' it, for lack of a better word ........... i think iv spent to much time working on eng. projects .... lol
