I think so. I believe bushmeat means "wild game." But it also includes stuff we don't normally eat, at least in the Western world, such as reptiles, rats, etc.

I'm not sure about Ebola but I was always under the impression that HIV came from having "relations" with animals.

When the AI site gets a request , do the Google for info or use Duck Duck Go , LOL? I also wonder how long will it take to become really sophisticated and make no errors?

I'm not sure about the image generators but the ones who try to serve recent content do perform a regular search and then feed the results into the AI to make sense of and summarize the output.

The videos where they take someone like Biden and make him say made up stuff scare me a bit. They get the mouth movements perfect and you would not know it's fake in most cases. When it seems many people get their info & news off the internet and believe much of it , AI could be a future problem.
