Scam NPP Japan - Car Exporter Legit?

What information do you have about them? Do they have a web site?

The address they put down is misspelled in Japanese but it does lead to a physical address where there seems to be vehicles.
And they seem to do some small scale shipping according to Nippon Auto Group - Saitama-Ken Hanyu-Shi Osaki 5-1 Email: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX@Gmail Com Tel: XXX-XXX-XXXX - supplier
So I think they may be legitimate. I don't know how international car purchasing works but if I wanted to make a transaction with an unknown company like this, I would only make such a purchase if I could put the money in escrow. We see many people getting scammed and losing their money to shady vehicle exporters.

I don't know how you can be sure with a company like this. They are clearly not a "World's Leading Exporter." If they were they would probably have a professional web site and professional staff and an email address other than a gmail address.

Unfortunately I think I am in the process of being frauded by this company. Made a payment last week now they have gone completely silent, not answering WhatsApp messages, emails are bouncing back undeliverable and they have blocked me from their Facebook page

I feel bad for the ones who finally get their vehicle and it has 200,000 miles on it and loaded with rust. Wishing you good luck.

Hi good day! That was NPP that did that? When was the car expected to arrive? I got neither. I lodged a report with my bank and the receiving bank. I would strongly encourage you to do the same

Yes...I did lodge a complaint as well. Seems have to get a police report to help recind the transaction. How did you get to contact the receiving bank? I assume it's the same receiving bank I sent it to.
